We work closely with owners and Architects during the conceptual phase of the project to establish requirements for site planning, floodplain study & analysis, water and sanitary sewer system design, commercial site planning, and subdivision development.

Our land surveyors are experienced in the requirements for residential & commercial properties, condominium conversions, boundary + topographic surveys, Alta surveys, construction surveys. Our survey teams are equipped with the latest state of the art equipment and technologies to include G.P.S and robotic instruments.  By employing these technologies into our data collection process we are able to reduce the delivery time and cost to our customers.

We provide environmental assessment services to include, wetland delineations study, forest stand delineation & natural resources inventory, flood zone studies for commercial & residential properties.

Studies

Our engineers are experienced in conducting feasibility studies for properties and clients that are in need of clear understanding of the zoning, existing utilities , soil type and other limiting or restrictive conditions that could adversely impact planned development.
